Acted for Co-operative Bank Limited for the financiers of Laxmi Estates Limited in the change of user, preparation of discharge of charge in respect to Title No. Nairobi Block 183/2. The development comprises of 201 units for residential and commercial purposes. I also prepared the discharges and transfer of the individual units to the individual purchasers. The value of the property is approximately Five hundred and Thirty-Three Million Two Hundred and Ten Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty-Eight. (Kshs. 533,210,768)

Acted for Jalaram Pride Apartments in the change of user, subdivision and transfer of L.R. No 209/3417 in the name of Jalaram Pride Apartments Limited valued at One billion. (Kshs. 1 Billion) I was involved in the preparation of the Lease documents in respect of the individual purchasers and registration of the same at the Lands Office which comprises of 22 apartments valued at Twenty-Five Million (Kshs. 25,000,000) each.

Assisting in a transaction involving the establishment of an investment structure by Acorn Group (Acorn Holdings Africa) toActed for Messrs. Vaghjiyani Enterprises Limited, a private limited company before the Public Recruitment Administrative Board Application No. 154/2020 of 21st December 2020. I obtained orders in favor of our client as prayed in the application for review. (Vaghjiyani Enterprises Limited versus The Principal Secretary Accounting Officer Ministry of Transport, Infrastructure Hospitality, Urban Developments & Public works and Another) undertake the identification, acquisition, construction and development of investment properties for retail and residential mixed use developments focused on Kenya's urban youth population and mid-size commercial office buildings.

Acted on behalf of Fairshare Limited, a private limited company in the process of change of user in respect of L.R No. Ruiru/ Kiu Block 7/135 valued at Five Hundred Million. (Kshs. 500,000,000) Undertook the process of subdivision of the land and obtained individual titles and leases in respect of the piece of land. I also undertook the sales, transfer and registration process.
