The founder of the firm while in his previous employment was involved in advising on aviation liability claims arising from the crash of a Kenyan registered aircraft owned by African Express Airways in Bardale, Somalia that killed all its passengers and which raised complex aviation liability and employment law issues.
The firm has also advised on various litigation issues including a defamation claim involving a founder and director of a certain medical equipment company by one of its independent contractors.
